Which is more interesting to watch: boxing or basketball?

... not that i don't find boxing interesting, there's just more to appreciate, critique, and get thrilled about when watching a basketball game compared to a boxing match.

i prefer basketball coz i dont like seeing people being beaten and you know that they are doing it for money. Who wants to be beaten for free anyway?

am not a boxing aficionado, but i'd have to say that boxing is the only sport that i can understand. I remember an incident when we were obliged to watch the UAAP, to cheer for our univ's team, i was yelling and applauding on the WRONG moments (the opponent team's point, etc)

i find boxing a bit primitive though (modernized version of ancient rome's gladiator),..nah but pinoys love it, and we're good at it, so what the heck. I love it too.

Boxing. Best trilogy fight was with Arturo Gatti and Micky Ward. The fight was brutal as both men beat each other with blood oozing on their faces from punches and accidental head butts.

I like junior welter weight because they don't clinch to each other as much as heavy weight does.

One could really see a real action and that was a good boxing show.

I like boxing cause you can see how much effort they put into the game to make it successful like gaining ang losing weight, profer diet, and training almost every minute. It show that not only they fighting for there country but they want to show the world how brave they are.
