The future so you can change it if you wanted to. If you went back to the past and changed it then you might do something so small that would cause you to never exist. Then you would be stuffed. But atleast the future you can do stuff about it but then again nothing would be a surprised so if you honestly asked me I would want neither. Life would be dull then.

I would choose the power to change the past. If you can control the past you will have control over the future. I would mostly choose it so I could go back and change some things that happened to me. The only bad thing about it would be if change something it will alter the future. Also running into your past self could be catastrophic. This question reminds of Back to the Future and an episode of the Simpsons.

I would rather know the future.

It would help avoid doing the wrong things rather than keeping on changing what has been done. The past is gone, let it be, the future holds so much to look up to.

I'd choose to change the past. I could change my own bad decisions, as well as those of my family, friends, world leaders, etc. Just knowing the future would only give one the ability to pick lottery numbers. Changing the past could give the real ability to affect change. And our world SO needs a positive change.

The past is the past. Without the past, I wouldn't know what I know now. I have made many mistakes that I have learned from. So, I would choose to know the future. It would be nice to know what is coming so I could possibly prepare for it.
