Of the 4 options given by you, i would choose Anwar to be the next PM.
Looking at the present political sentiments, Anwar is the most appropriate person to take the job. He has pledge many "rakyat" friendly policies before, during and even after the election period. He is all for upgrading the quality of life of Malaysians, using Petronas "big" fund for "rakyat" friendly projects, abolish ISA, abolish NEP, eradicate nepoism and corruption and finally promote equality among all races in Malaysia.
As for Najib, he is a member of UMNO and BN, he wouldn't dare to do much changes even if he wanted otherwise he will receive backlash from UMNO members. Being a PM and unpopular within UMNO just cannot go along with each other. At the moment Najib has too much dirts in his hands, he has been implicated in some big scandals. He shouldn't even be considered as one of the candidates for PM.
Like Najib, Muhiyuddin is also a member of UMNO and BN, major changes by him would take away UMNO members support him, something which no PM ( from UMNO ) would even consider to do. I understand that Muhiyuddin speaks very poor English too. Not that fluency in English is a must to be a PM but the ability to speak the language well is definitely a plus point.
As for Mahathir, this guy has retired. Better enjoy his years with his family. He should forget about politics altogether and stop issuing political statements. |

I just want the new PM can make Malaysian proud of Malaysia like Mahathir do's. Well to build a country make 100 yrs yet to destroy it in just a seconds. Hopefully it'd handover to the right ones.Just Don't let 'stranger' step on us. Malaysiaku Gemilang. PEACE! |

Mahathir had once made Malaysians proud . That's the credit we got to give him. But Malaysians have had enough of him. Najib is a disgrace to the country. I 'd say Anwar. |

Hmm, I would like Tun Dr. Mahathir but he can't stay for very long because he's really old and had health problems in the past...but who other than him that is suitable at this time? 22 years behind him and he has done wonders for our country.
Najib...well...you knowlah...
Anwar...nu-uh...his priorities seems screwed. I'm not convinced that he put the people 1st on his list.
Perhaps what Malaysia needs is a new player on the field, that has a nice record and the people are top on his list. But anyway...now the main concern is the damn financial crisis...not enough work has been done. |

I choose Anwar.Anwar is the reason why non-bumis to co-operate with the bumis even as early as 1998.Mahathir said he is a Muslim when he is dealing with Muslims;he is a Jew when he is dealing with the Jews. I say he is a talent who can create many job opportunities for the young generation.Because he is friend of the Western countries.
Perhaps we should emulate USA where they have two strong parties-Republican and Democrats. They are monitoring each other.
Perhaps we should let Anwar to be PM for 10 years. If he is not good,we vote other candidate from BN to replace him.We should not let only one to dominate another. |
