I take it the sexiest woman alive is very different from the most beautiful woman alive, because some beautiful women are gorgeous but sexless.... so I guess Angelina Jolie. She may not be the most beautiful, but she is one sexy woman in every sense of the word. Uninhibited, maternal, raw.... she oozes sexuality!
