The worst president of the Philippines was also the best one. MARCOS. In his worst years there were corruptions also but the worst thing was the declaration of Martial Law -suppressing our freedom.... In his best years, Philippines was the greatest in Asia in military, industry as well as sports. Never worry about Marcos' corruption years, today we got plunder and now we are the #1 corrupt country in Asia and the #5 in the world.
