Because of the vast possibilities to develop the country further. Many countries are already developed in lots of areas such as economy, culture, education, health and food safety etc etc (actually is almost any areas you think of). However YOU have still got a LONG way to go. So, we are jealous, as you are like a little kid, so much more room to improve (including intellectually).

Well, in the great Chinese movies I watch you can all fly and defy the law of gravity. You are happy eating anything that does not eat you first. You obviously do not have to go to the trouble of taking driving lessons. You are so limber that you do not need real toilets.

from my point of view chinese are steryotyped as fast, strong, creative ,and smart. i think its because those are the people portrayed in the media, and i'd atribute it to such a large population.
the bigger any groups population it, the higher chances of having someone with an outstanding quality.
but the majority of the issue comes from steryotyping.
