Why are most Singaporean Chinese women so arrogant with tensed face while men are not?

I totally agree with jameslouis44.They are arrogant also because they live in women's world,as i call it,they very well protected by the law in Singapore.I saw men crying beside Family court in Singapore,really,because after divorce their women will strip men off their money,leaving very poor chances to build up new family and be happy again,while they will have child support,own maintenance.Being a woman i yet really understand how hard is men's life there....And they are really money minded.

Its something that is in their nature~ They want to work and work and get loads of cash beofre anything else. Cant blame em, Singapore is such a demanding country! We need to study like crazeh then work like crazeh.

i agree with u..most of the companies here even prefer the chinese woman to be higher than those indians & malays..thus making a gap of racial here...

Because they are highly educated , came from a well to do family, and also a very high demand and expectation to their b/f. The Singaporean women have a great earning power, thus is usual and normal to be arrogant.That why, many Singaporean women stay single and those men married foreigners.

I don't think they are arrogant. They have high self-esteem and are not submissive, I like that.

Actually not only Chinese women. In general, Singapore's working women are under alot of stress. Especially those whose are married. They need to take care family and career at the same time. And you should admire them that they can actually handle both well.

So, next time you saw a Singapore's woman with tense face, please shown her more respect.

I agree with TanD.... These women are not arrogant. They are just too engross with their thoughts about what to buy for dinner tonight to place on the table for the family, what to reply boss about the report not completed on time, etc... They are just too occupied till they forgot to SMILE....
