I think you're asking why you need to poop 3-4 times a day, right?

You're consuming a lot of fiber. Lots of raw vegetables & fruit, right? Lots of grains that are not ground to a fine powder.

Fiber is very good for you. You will never get colon cancer like Americans.

It may be inconvenient, but it's very, very good for your body. All the fiber and raw foods will keep you very healthy. And don't forget your tea. Tea helps you, too.

It's a chores....not only for pee and poo but for make up, cleansing, bathing, blowing and combing hairs, wear inner clothes, read books, brushing teeth...etc.
