Why do the the Japanese dislike us Americans so much?

What!? Where on earth did that idea come from?
We do like people in the United States. Or rather, we thank your country because of the invention of computers, the Internet, Starbucks coffee etc.
And I NEVER think you are ugly!
I guess you think that way because you heard something unpleasant about your country from Japanese people. People who said may have distorted minds, so don't take it at face value.
I do like the United States and thank the country.
Right now, I'm studying in Oregon. My life here has been going well so far. I still like your country.

It's because we're not Japanese.

Some don't like our culture. Others don't like the way we treat people.

Most think that American men come to Japan and spend the entire time trying to steal the young Japanese women/girls.

The U.S. Marines who can't seem to keep it in their pants and stay away from the little girls.

The Whaling issue.

I wouldn't say the love us. It's more of a mixture between liking and mild acceptance.

its a good chance the are Chinese.
if you see pictures of Asians burning American flags
they are south koreans. we have a Very strong alliance with Japan. & they think were very good looking.

The Japanese people like american movies, music, culture, and even fast food. They don't dislike Americans.

Unfortunately, if you are a Hilliary Clinton supporter, there are some in Japan that are rooting for Barack Obama, specially those living in the city of Obama, Japan.

Do you think it's because you dropped two nuclear bombs on them without warning, killing 220,000 people instantly with a further 200,000 dying from after-effects? I don't recall the Japanese attacking American civilians hence this being one of the most unjust actions of World War 2.
