There is one thing that can answer all of your questions - an eathlike model we call a GLOBE.
At the center of that model, there is a line that cuts the whole circle in half from the center (top half and lower half). This is the equator. Countries near this line (equator) experience what we call Tropical weather - which means it only experiences two types of season - Sunny and Rainy season - due to the fact that it is directly hit by the sun. That, my dear friend does not include the Winter season, where snow is an attraction.
If you take a good look at countries experiencing winter, you find out that they are located near the top or the bottom of the GLOBE, or that they are faraway from the equator.
Take a good look at the GLOBE, and look for Singapore. Hope you will get the answer to your question =)
If you wish for snow in Singapore, please don't. The only time when countries near the equator will experience snow is when the earth undergoes a "SHIFT" in the equator, that is, the equator will change position. That, my friend, is like the end of the world - like when the dinosaurs became extinct. (FACT: this phenomenon of equatorial shift actually is on of the theories of scientists why dinosaurs became extinct millions of years ago). A sudden shift in seasons and temperature will cause catastrophic imbalance in nature (take note: tidal waves, earthquakes, storms - all of the wrath of mother nature in one) |

Because it is very near the equator. Countries near the equator tend to have tropical climates. These kind of climates tend to have only 2 seasons: Sunny and Rainy seasons.
But now, you can experience snow in Sunny Singapore in Snow City... |

It will never snow there.
Do you know the location of Singapore?
Not to far from equator right?
Then what will you expect with that?
You can't blame others of they answer... its a place which is hot.
by the way, Singapore, has a tropical rainforest climate with no distinct seasons. Its climate is characterised by uniform temperature and pressure, high humidity, and abundant rainfall.
no snow at all... |

Singapore is a tropical island. That mean, it has tropical climate - a climate that is warm to hot and moist year-round, often with the sense of lush vegetation.
Singapore in the tropics. The tropics are the geographic region of the Earth centered on the equator and limited in latitude by the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn in the southern hemisphere.
This area includes all the areas of the Earth where the sun reaches a point directly overhead at least once during the solar year. (In the temperate zones, north of the Tropic of Cancer and south of the Tropic of Capricorn, the sun never reaches an angle of 90° or directly overhead.)
Therefore, if it actually snows, the end is near cos it is IMPOSSIBLE. |

Um... but it IS a place that's hot. It doesn't snow in hot places. It only snows in places which get cold... freezing, in fact. Snow is frozen, so... ??? It's an obvious answer, yeah... but obvious for a reason.
This question IS a joke, right? |
