It depends on the structure of that head/physically how that person carries it.
Even a female can appear either sexy like Natalie Portman, Demi Moore or may appear like a drug addict.

When I look at Wrestling shows, most of the men there hv. bald hair (for reasons well known lah...) some appears good while some appears rather "fierce butch like". Not sexy at all.
I once saw this guy, he's physically not ugly. But bcs of his bald hair & dried scalp, sometimes he scratches it due to the heat. It makes him appear messy and much older.
