Only if people will be brave enough to admit that they too cheat and have trolls. It's easy to point fingers at one and forget about the rest who are likewise into the same routine.

they say it was my fault and bopols is clean because he just copied the ways of other yappers. true that before there were cheaters in fact they have learned their lessons and some don't go here anymore. now, why blame it to one person and bopols who copied the ways of others and who started the voting wars gets away with all these. and just because the new top answerer is there still she was blamed for everything.

>>> Yeah, I think so, an appeal is just that, an appeal. It could turn something bad into good, it could be heard but only IF. The decision lies on both parties to COMPROMISE, talk it out frankly (even brutally), lay all cards on the table and GET ON with YAPPING. What's with factions anyway? All of us are YAPPERS, so, let's just enjoy YAPPING. All the answers and questions here are for information and fun, nothing personal. Well, if friendship comes out of it, WELL and GOOD. I myself have made friends around here and I'm glad to have them all.
Again, all it takes is an HONEST COMMITMENT and COMPROMISE from both parties to make YAP alive... let BYGONES BE BYGONES...FORGIVE AND FORGET!

i wasnt even aware that there were factions. it's not that im ignorant, it's more on, "i don't give a damn" feeling. yahoo answers is a very big place to ask and answer questions. what makes the others so special?

shameful. filipinos can never be united because of this kind of behavior. if we can't be united here then expect that the country will not move forward. i understand that unity doesnt mean unanimity but politics in yahoo answers phils? ugh. disgusting.

If you go and read JAPS Blogs you will find that somewhere in the beginning I admitted my wrongs.
Remember I used to be part of that group (please note that NOT all were dirty) so I have a good idea of what was happening.
The worst thing that ever happened to me on YAP was when I found out and became part of the deceit that took place in conferences.

Maybe you should have a vote. I am all for a clean and even playing field, where we can all enjoy ourselves without fear or hindrance.

I have no doubt that some of the things ROD says may be true, to her way of thinking, but there are Y!M conferences which clearly show her as the instigator. ROD the vote offs were started be SWEETWATER and CO. and were continued on after Bopols left.
Rod accuses Bopols of reporting her, show the proof, girl. Whenever I asked her for proof she would always say "I know"
By all means start a blog, show us all your proof and let us all decide once and for all. I know nothing of the 'so called confession' and if it was true I sincerely doubt Japs sharing it with you.

WIAC wasn't Well ostracized by the same group of people for his 'cheating and trolling' without an iota of proof.

during the time i started here,it was much much worst. there was this issue with Well and the others on being oreos and bananas.

then after a while, it turned out to be a fun place.that was when Palimos Po,Imelda Marcos (and other famous politicians) , Balone ey,Peste,etc have been making fun of other people's questions but the goal was simply for fun, to take out the boredom and seriousness that abound here that time.

a few months later,came the issue on trolls.i still couldn't understand what a troll was.there was so much reporting of answers and questions and many accounts have been deleted. the fun has gone bad.

and now the same issue is out. whether or not some are cheating, i know some of course but what proof do i have? the similarities of avatars or answers,i'm not a forensic expert. thus i leave it all to doubt.

I am still optimistic that the best is yet to come. Hope that the personalities invloved will stop it once and for all.

As long as I have been around since the days of Miss Gameplan,Palimos po and Imelda Marcos, I have never been apart of a group and never interested. I sit back and observe how certain folks trying to become somebody special and then it all turn into politics.

I kept a distance away from it all and had fun watching from the side line. Then you have an"intelligent" investigator who is always "one step" ahead of everyone else going to work for a worthless cause unaware of all the games circulating around everyone.

I really admire and respect certain yappers but I will not call them out.

I will continue doing what I do in answering questions when I want to and the way I want to.
