Reality, tried multiple times, failed to kick it off the system.
Hopefully, will find that special someone that will force and make me stop smoking for her!

While quitting is hard, slowing down & minimising the sticks per day do help to reduce and easing the pain while quitting.

I dont smoke but my father and older brother does.

My father has stop once - due to the cuteness factor of my lil brother who at that time is still in his sekolah rendah... but continue smoking after few weeks or so...

Start making fun of them. That will shame them into quitting. I quit a 3 pack a day habit 28 years ago. Sure glad I did.

well i quit already. its been 9 months. nyehehe. me n my frens have always said. duit takde shiall...hish nak benti okok shiall...things like that. n i soon got fed up, n realized that tak guna cakap byk. so i quit. and fockin proud of myself. nyehehe.
