Doctor J
Oh yes, my sister in law expects a visit from the stork. Everybody is excited, and everyone is already suggesting names.

A baby in the house is always a joy!

That doesn't mean Family Planning is not understood and promoted in our household. This is going to be her first baby after 6 years of being married!

My wife and I would like children. She's only been here for 5+ months so we are still enjoying each other and getting settled. I think it takes time for a couple to get accustomed to their new lives together. She said she would like children when she turns 30. She is turning 28 in 2 weeks.

When the hubby comes back from Iraq late this month, we'll try. We'll see if the Stork wants to pass by leaving us a new bundle of joy or not. He's always welcomed! For now, that is...

Always, if ever. However, none of my daughters are contemplating getting pregnant again. One child is enough. And there are reasons why the hesitation of bearing another child - mostly economics and time.

I think careful family planning should be given importance these days. Parents should be very responsible; they must not only consider themselves but a child's future and well-being. I hope family planning makes a colossal headway in the country.
