It was really a shocker when he announced that. Poor guy but he's lucky that he's finally resting somewhere else where he could do what he always wanted.

Found the item first in YA through Mark (we are49-12). Then went to google it and went to wikipedia. It is true !!!!! He just died today !!!!! He is favorite Pinoy rapper. I use a line from one of songs in my YAP Profile page since I joined YA Philippines. (I am a pinay in germany.)

This is sad. A great loss to the Philippines.

Yes I was really shocked when master rapper Francis Magalona was already dead (at his early age due to leukemia)when I heard it the news in GMA7!!

I'm really sad that he was already gone and I already to read on his blogs in his Multiply about what happen since he was starting to diagnosed until few days/weeks before his dead!!!

I saw the headline on a daily broadsheet this morning. My first thoughts was of disbelief. I was saddened that the the Man from Manila has gone after his battle with his illness.

He has given us not just Filipino rap music but an identity that started the local rap music scene. He was a trailblazer and was emulated by later artists.

I am not really a rap music follower but I love the guy for all he has done to the local entertainment scene. Farewell Mr. Francism.
