well the rule is if your going someone younger or older, u use the oldest persons age, half it and add 7, and the younger person shold be atleast this age if that makes sense,
eg a 22 yo can go out with a 18 yo:
40 yo with a 27 yo

as i am very used to date younger boys since Form 5, i find it is pretty awkward to "get along" (in terms of 'date') well with older men (5 years older and above). My current boyfriend is younger a year than me and we are happy together. Younger men are energetic and vibrant, they always make me feel alive, and forever young as well.

but generally speaking, guys about 4-7 years older ok :)
didnt want a younger one (lol i ended up with one), but i have heard this - why get older guys, they never mature anyway :P it does make sense doesnt it?

I guess dating is different to falling in love ! Cos if it is about falling in love to date him, then you have no say in the age gap ! Love can strike at any age with any age ! Just be open to it !

All men stick at 18 in the head. The rest grows old, but the mind is for ever 18.
So it doesn't matter if you date an 18 year-old or an 88-year old, the conversation will be at the same level. Just that the 88-year old may be able to buy you a better dinner, and you'll also be able to sleep it off better.

I was married to a man 18 years older. I"m only 25 but everyone tells me I'm an old soul. I listen to sinatra and dean martin, I watch jeopardy and the golden girls!! I guess it just depends on if your personalities match or not. As long as you have something in common and can connect on some level age doesn't matter!

OLDER than me! The age gap limit? hmmmm! as long as he looks younger than my parents! lol! but it's the truth, isn't it? I think it's good to be like that for girls. As girls grow old faster a lot more than guys.
How about menopause? such thigns?
The fact is that I haven't had any bf who is younger than me. The youngest one is the same age as mine. 3 months older.
