Would you listen to Sultan or PM to be sworn in as Menteri Besar?

Due to the current political situation in our country, I'm overjoyed that the Sultan appointed someone else as Menteri Besar instead of PM's choice.

Anyway..... we are bound by the constitution.
Malaysia Sultans are Constitutional Monarchy. That means they are not supposed to interfere in the country's' politics.

Technically speaking, Sultans are supposed to accept the Prime Ministers' choice as the Menteri Besar. Based on constitution, Sultan cannot make his own decision on this matter.

Of course the Sultan. PM's role is just to recommend the candidate for MB and normally the Sultan will just approve the recommendations forwarded by PM unless the Sultan at his own knows that the candidate is not fit to be a MB.

It is the power of Sultan to appoint new MB but according to Pak Lah's report ... he said that if the MB has been dropped from Umno members ... he can no longer serve or lead the majority which means ... it can be considered as unconstitutional ... but since i have a very intelligent King in my state ... i will support the monarchy's decision ... Long Live Sultan Azlan and Raja Dr. Nazrin Shah.
