Well I was a widower... It took a year to get everything organized, Then I went to Asia, and one of the things I picked up is a wonderful wife.

Never was divorced, but it all depends on timing. You don't want to divorce when it would affect the children - it's also more expensive.

Indychen
I would rather be the way I always have been, still am, and shall be in the future !
:-))

Am with Battgirl. You know, "Ave Maria", and all that.

jayzee
your boyfriend!!

Phoenix
I would rather be a divorced. Yes it is hard and painful but I am not selfish. I would still choose to see my love in the arms of another rather than loose him forever and never see him again. At least in divorce, me and my children can still meet him and be with him at times.

BOM CHIKA WAH WAH
none of the above! it sucks to live alone....

Cher

Widow or widower, not. I am divorced and life is good for me and for my X. We are now better friends than being a husband and wife now.

neither, you gain some , you lose some, being married is 1/2 in completion of one's religion (in islam). So, if a partner died or want to leave, let them, but i sure an going to look for another partner if i can.

neither of those... but if you insist, I'd be a divorced man... at least, I know that my ex-wife would be happy, then I'll be free again...

i cannot imagine myself as divorced so i guess i'd rather be a widower

xander65
Has to be divorced. Who want' to deal with the your love one dieing. If your divorced, both parties can go their separate ways.

Neither.

That is like wishing my spouse would either die or be so intolerable that we need to divorce.
