...leaving as in breaking up - it should always be the girl who should be given the chance to say goodbye. so yes, I'd rather leave someone
...leaving as in temporary separation (i.e., going on a trip) - i'd rather be the one going away. it's so awfully sad and lonely for the one being left behind. at least for the one going away there will be places to see and something that would keep him/her busy |

...hmm...i guess you ask this question when you're troubled by the relationship..., but i guess it depends on what type of a person you are, if you wanna preserve your 'dignity' and be hurt 'less'...then leaving a troubled relationship is definitely for you...leave your partner...good riddance...
...but i think that i would rather stick it out. not because it's a better choice or anything, mind you, but because i just don't want to live my life with what if's...i just would never want to regret a relationship i couldn't work out. Sometimes you feel that you give your everything to the person and the relationship, yet nothing is working, but from my experience, surprisingly, the answers just come...suddenly, unexpectedly...and you've learned something new, became more mature in the relationship, deepened your connection with each other, and leveled up in your romance...i know, these are large ideas, but hey, this is my opinion...falling in love isn't a game...it's part play, part work...all fun. don't be afraid of what might happen, you WILL get your heart kicked in life, you WILL have failed relationships, don't sweat it, don't think too much about it...just love the person the way you wanna love them, and don't look back...if they leave you later on....it'll be the thing that they regret as time goes by.... |

The best is when you leave someone who acted like they were too good for you all along and then they try to get you back. HA HA! sweet revenge. |

I'd rather leave someone. Means I had control and I know the reasons of why the relationship was ended. |

id rather be "left" by someone. It puts more guilt feelings to the other party esp when he starts to realize how jerk he was & he lost a fortune (w/c happens all the time- 2x already alright) and whew the last laugh is mine. No pun intended. |
