What Pelion type is true. Woodleigh MRT station is temporary closed until the area have more human traffic. Kind of hard to open it if you ask me as the whole area only consist of 1 salvation army, 1 condo (Yong Beng condo) and 1 ceremtary (Mount Veron Ceremtary)

Althrough Woodleigh is located at the road near burial ground, it is definately not haunted.

However, rumors say that if you take the NEL towards midnight passing by the area, you might see something that is not suppose to be there.

By the way, just to let you know that Bungkok (NE15) was recently opened to the public because of public persistant request. Originally Bungkok and Woodleigh MRT station were not operation due to low human traffic. (You might recall the 8 white elephant located along the road toward Bungkok MRT station during a Minster's visit)

The station is Woodleigh MRT (NE11) located on the North East Line on Singapore's Mass Rapid Transit system SMRT). The reason why it is not operating is because there isn't enough traffic to justify it.

also, as it was the old cemetery they hv to wait some yrs for the land to settle in - then when memories fade away - they built flats and we buy them. as was in bishan - some say the ghosts r pacified and satisfied!!

in case u didnt notice, there's no residential estate over there. opening the station would be a complete waste of resource. its there, only bcos of the anticipation of future residential developments in that area.

do not think to must of haunting when you are in the mrt tunnel
it will not do you good to have information that the train do go under people graveyards in the new line
