A huge cassowary moved into my house, what should I do?

It settled itself on the sofa in the living-room, told me to call it "Barbara" and beats its talons off the floor, demanding watermelons. What should I do?

If you knew cassowaries like I know cassowaries, you would be sporting a few injuries, mate.

shonoel
Get watermelons, get lots of watermelons. You don't want to mess with those guys. And don't get between her and her chicks.
Wonder how many here know what a cassowary is anyway?

Engage it in a battle of wits. It will be a fair fight.

Benny
Cassowarys are vicious birds, so don't mess with her! Just get her the watermelon & maybe the daily paper & she will be fine.

Shadow hunter
Let Barbara have the house. You can live outside, the weather in Mission Beach is pretty nice this time of year.

John M
stop smoking weed

call the local wildlife authority if that's ok with Barbara

Give Barbara a severe pedicure and threaten to turn the television off she won't comply with your occupational health and safety standards.

Haha it's amazing how well you read a yahoo news article. Funny though.
