I go with what Ozmaniac and K bear said.
Really, Australia is NOT like some Asian countries where you just "wander" into a community and look at them and take photos like they are some sort of "display".
But there are cultural education centres and tours which will provide you with what you are asking for.
Cheers from Australia |

You may visit Aboriginal settlements. you would need permission If you wish to find out more about this contact tourist information departments they will be able to give you first hand advice. If you meet up with any true full blood Aborigines I envy you, their ancestors have my greatest respect. |

Alice Springs and the Northern Territory are home to many Aboriginal villages. However, there are some small more civilised villages in other states. Mogo near Batemans Bay in NSW has a majority Aboriginal population. |

When I went to Australia the Aborigines were barking at me because they were drunk. They were not very pleasant, I would stay away. |

Aboriginal communities are generally closed to casual visits by outsiders but there a number of tours from Darwin, Alice Springs, Cairns and other cities where you can visit and learn from members of the aboriginal community. Cairns has the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park and there are others in various places.
You will probably find the following site which is operated by Aboriginal Tourism Australia to be helpful:

WTF, Why? Good luck finding some real black fellas. I used to work in the Mogo area, and there are not too many nice Aboriginals there. My advice, stay away from them, it sounds bad, but a lot of them have a chip on their shoulder and don't like white people. The real black fellas are amazing and worth their weight in gold, however, the rest are not much good. |

Yes. I visited three times Australia. You can watch indigenous people from Alice Springs by Torres Straight.
As you have mentioned your interest in undertaking a visit an Aboriginal village, I would recommend you to visit Tiwi Island. It is just located 20 minutes by plane from Darwin. There are organised tours that takes you to visit their villages and their craft shops; and you can overnight there if your budget allows you.
Good luck and greets from Mexico!
