Any experience i have had with Australians they have been very friendly and laid back with a good sense of humor. I have Australian relatives that are really welcoming and great fun.
As for attractiveness,i suppose so,but its hard to generalize.
As for obesity, its not true, in general australians lead quite healthy active lives.

Think of your own country. Are they ALL nice and ALL attractive, or ALL obese? No. Neither are Australians.

We are just like every other western developed nation in the world. We have all types of people: We have fat and skinny, anorexic and morbidly obese, and everything in between! As well as gorgeous people who are ugly inside, and unattractive people who are the nicest that you could ever hope to meet.

The point is, that you can't judge people based on their looks. You have to get to know them.

Australians are renown around the world for their friendliness. We often have a "my home is your home" and a 'no worries' attitude. We are known for our sense of humour. But we also are direct and will let you know when we are fed up with your "bulls**t".

Get to know us before judging us.

Its hard to make a generalization about 20,000,000 people. They have obesity problems like every industrialized modern nation but they are also very athletic and per capita do very well in almost every sport. There's always exceptions but every Auzzie that I've met has been friendly.

Australians are multi-cultural. So, it doesn't really matter whether they are nice or not, as there is a mix of good and bad people everywhere in the world, including in Australia.

What you may find nice or attractive, others may not.

Australian's generally lead healthy active lives although obesity is becoming more prevalent...as it is in almost every westernised country.

I think they are alright my best mate is Australian and he is hilariously funny, of which they all are. He isn't obese at the end of the day your only obese if you let yourself go. You cant really say that a whole big place like Australia all the people in it are obese.

All the aussies i have ever met have been amazingly nice and funny. they are all really laid back in general. i think they are attractive...its the accent and their easy going attitude. where did you hear that they are obese?? you cant make a generilzation on something like that.....thats just dumb

well, i was just walking home a couple of hours ago..and guess what, a few guys stopped their car by the road, and started scolding me for no reason...i am an asian student currently studying in melbourne (btw, that was not an isolated incident). its the inbreeding i tell u. Nice....maybe 40% of them..most are just brainless idiots full of self-importance.
