Are motorbikes forbidden on any Australian roads?

The only place you can't ride a registered motorbike is in the Snowy Mountains National Park in winter (for obvious reasons!) They won't let you in. Otherwise, you're good to go on any regular paved road.

Not that I know of, there may be a few, but probably none that would cause you any dramas.

aslong as it is registered you can take it anywere you can take a car.
You cant ride unregistered motos on the roads here but.

Only if they are unroad worthy or the rider hasn't got a licience as far as i know

And what makes you think they are forbidden? Where did you hear that such a rule exist?

I think if you use a bit of common sense - you should be able to answer that yourself.

(as long as you mean "raods" and not "dirt tracks" . Trail bikes riding is not allow in National Parks tracks... I think. Can anyone else shed some light on this one?)

no you can drive any australian road as long as you have a licence and the bike is registered

No providing you have the appropiate motorbike licence. Licences differ from State to State depending upon the size of your motorbike.
