If you are bothered by black people then, yep, there are. Penty of them, in fact. So you'd better not come here as you will be greaty disgusted.

We are a multicultural society and in general, Australians don't care what colour you are or where you are from. If you treat us the you want to be treated, have a sense of humour, and respect our culture, then you will be most welcome to have a beer or two with anyone here.

Edit: To the asker: LOL OK, fair enough. It's just that my experience on Y!A about questions like yours tends to be from people who, let's say, have a low opinion of balck people.
So... your knowledge of Australia is based on "Neighbours"? How embarrassing! To think, our greatest impact on world tourism is through a soapie.

We definately have a multi cultural country, and yes there are black people.
Please do not judge the rest of us by what you see on neighbours or home and away. Yikes!!

If you mean Aboriginal people there are a lot in Western Australia and Northern Territory.
If you mean other races, there are a few Africans and heaps of other races.

Yes there are. Australia is a very diverse country of different races and cultures. Aborigines were Australia's original occupants before the first British convict colonies were established in the late 1700's.

There are people of many different backgrounds and colours.
I guess it depends what you mean by black as well.'Black' can have different meanings.
For example:In the US,it primarily refers to African-Americans.
In Australia,there are Aboriginal Australians.We also have many immigrants from Africa-some are refugees.

Not really. There are a ton of Asians, Greeks, Lebonese, and Aboriginals. There are some black people, most straight from Africa. Becareful though Australians will riot if you get out of hand hahaha.

No, there are some recent refugees from africa but othe rthan that, we have indiginous australians who are in a socially disadvantaged state so you won't be loving them.
