None of your three listed countries has a corrupt government so from that point of view, any of them is fine.
Australia has the largest and richest economy by far, followed by Ireland and then New Zealand. Australia is the most likely to weather the coming recession (or depression) due to its massive natural resources and the continuing demand for them from Asia. Experts are predicting that Australia's economy will continue to grow though at a much slower rate than at present - of course experts have been known to be wrong on many occasions.
All three restrict work visas to people with skills required in that country. Australia is probably the most difficult to get in to overall, but offers the greatest potential benefits in high salaries, living standards, lifestyle and of course, climate.
New Zealand work visas are a little easier to get than Australian ones and Ireland has been easy in the past, but now appears to be about the same as New Zealand for some occupations and more difficult for others. For many trades, Ireland is the hardest of all to get a work visa for.

Even if you can get a work visa, you should realise that moving country is very expensive and can be very traumatic if you're leaving all of your family and friends behind. Australia and New Zealand are a very long way away from 'home' and many new migrants find the distance to be a very real problem to the extent that they pull up stakes and return after a few months. As it happens, a large number end up coming back when they get 'home' and remember why they left in the first place, but the interruption to their lives is significant (and costly). |

Hello....
To answer your questions:
In terms of Corrupt govs. , I don't think you have to worry too much about that with these countries. Of course like with most Western democratically elected govs. there's always the odd scandal here and there. As for who has the better economy, In Europe Ireland has one of the richest economies (2nd richest in Europe and 5th richest in world in 2007 according to the good old wikipedia). In this time of a global economic downturn, Ireland is one of the few countries to guarantee 100% of all savings in (Irish) banks, hence the large increase in people in other countries shifting their money into Irish banks.
I'm from Ireland , now living in UK so my experience is more geared towards Ireland. As for moving there, well that depends on where you're moving from. If you're already in the EU, no problem . If you are from outside the EU then you'll need the various immigration and work visas permits etc.. (http://www.workpermit.com/ireland/work_permit_scheme.htm). Same goes for Australia, New Zealand.
If moving to Ireland, Dublin is where most people head for first. It's a reasonably large city, comparable to London (UK) in terms of prices, so cost of living is high. however salaries in Ireland are higher than in the UK and most parts of Europe (and way higher that in Australia, and especially New Zealand, but then the cost of living can be less expensive there). However giving current economic conditions it's hard to know how long this will continue for, and this is something that is reflected on globally. Again focussing on Ireland, depending on what you're looking to do in terms of work, outside of Dublin the main employment hubs/cities/areas are Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, and Belfast in Northern Ireland. Countryside, scenery etc.. in Ireland is really nice especially on the West coast, no way as spectacular to Australia or New Zealand of course. Also Ireland tends to be wet i.e rains alot. If you want sun go to Australia.
Hope this has helped a bit.

Hey, well i'll just give you some info on life down-under here in nz. Our government is all good, the election is coming up and about the most scandal talk of a 2% cut on kiwisaver (which means nothing). We're a very stable country, but are feeling the economic decline like everyone else in the world atm. Visas are easy to get and i think it takes about 3 years to become a citizen. Depending on where you like in nz your experience may be very diverse, but none the less plesant eg north island vs south island. The weathers usually pretty decent, and great school systems! And we are clean and green with heaps of fun outdoor stuff to do |
