I live in Queensland where it's sunny and warm all year around and sometimes I yearn for a week or two (no longer) in a really cold place.
None of the sub tropical and tropical places elsewhere in the world that I've been to are a patch on what we have here, and I've been to several (Florida, Hawaii, Fiji, Tahiti, New Caledonia, West Indies), so Canada would get my vote. I've spent a lot of time in New England and, at least when I was there in winter, it wasn't snowy enough to make up for the cold. |

A snowy place for sure. If we want to go on a beach resort type holiday we are much better off staying here - other such places just aren't as good as what we already have. |

Canada (**** New York) as I have only seen the snow once in my life and would like to see it again. As for the Bahamas I live a short drive away from some of the most perfect beaches in the world. Why would I want to go vacation to see a beach. |

I would want to go to a cold snowy place! How cool would that be...I've only seen snow once. It's practically summer here all year round where i live. |

I live in Canberra, Australia, which is a cold place in winter and not far from the Australian snowfields. Yes, we do get snow in Australia. So I would definitely choose the Bahamas for holidays. |
