I reckon your 13 month old would really enjoy Sea world as this is the theme park where SESAME STREET BEACH is

Movie World or Seaworld. Seaworld has all the cool animals and pools and the sesame beach kiddies thing. Movie world has looney tunes kids section, and a parade and all the characters walking around and a shrek 4d show, lots of things for the little ones.

Sea World would be the best in my opinion.Toddlers at this age are interested in looking at animals and fishes etc. There are also a couple of rides she could go on.I am not sure if she would enjoy the shows because they are targeted at a older age group.Wet and Wild is also good because they have little toddler pools and slides that she could take part in.

Personally I wouldn't take a 13 month old to a theme park, it will be hard work for you and the kid won't particularly appreciate it.

A small zoo with a playground and picnic would be where I would be taking a toddler for a pleasant day.
