Sydney is the biggest and most diverse city in Ozland. Come here 'cause there's HEAPS to see and do, especially the Harbour. The temperature will be between 19 and 25 degrees Celcius in April. |

I recommend October or April as the better months to visit Australia, February can be a bit hot and/or wet. Go for when you have the most time - so April would be better. At that time of year with a teenager I suggest the Gold Coast or Sydney, or even better a week in each. |

Our April would be around the same weather you have in September. Low to Mid 20Cs.
I recommend April, one week in Australia is no where near enough. With only 2 weeks available I suggest you just stick to the one city. Booking this far in advance you sure to get cheaper airfares also.
With a teenager you could either do Queensland / the Gold Coast, with theme parks, beaches and shopping. Or Sydney with loads of tourist based things to do as well as beaches and shopping. |
