Go to Perth. Then you might see bad driving at it's worst.
Not only that but they are uncourteous too.

Out of all the places I have driven, Canberra was the worst.

Although at times Brisbane drivers are incredibly stupid. And I've lived in Brisbane my entire life so I can have this opinion.

No way, Sydney drivers are the worst in Australia. They dont give a sh#t about anyone else on the road. As for the worst in the world dont know

My friend... you should go to Indonesia!!!
There are no rules, no laws and most of all, no respect!!!
The lines on the street are simply decoration and getting in the middle of your way is something totally normal...
That's truly "defensive driven"... because if for bad luck you kill someone on the road, they may wanna get you out of the car and beat you to die, with no questions, no trial, no matter and if you just lock your self in the car waiting for help (which usually never appear, at least not on time) they will try to burn the car with you inside!!!
I've driven in difficult places, San Jose-Costa Rica, Bangkok-Thailand, Bogota-Colombia... but nothing can to ever be compare anyhow to Jakarta-Indonesia...

correction QLD drivers are the worst drivers in australia lol anyone can get their license they don't use indicators when going around round abouts the organe light generally means for a qlder to go faster before its red they are incompinent fools if u ask me....and yes i live on the gold coast so i know!!

I have to agree that Queenslanders are the worst drivers in Australia. I am a Queenslander and live in Toowoomba, which boasts the worst roads and even worse drivers.

I hate it when people tailgate, do not use indicators, cut you off and then pull into the next street or driveway (therefore cutting you off twice), switch lanes erratically to get 2 metres ahead, go slow in the fast lane, go slow at any time.

I am a good driver and a female and it pisses me off that so many other females are so s*#t at driving. It's not complicated, it just takes common sense and concentration.

I was born in Brisbane, but have lived in Melbourne nearly all my life. Last October, I stayed for 3 weeks at Hervey Bay and it's funny, but everyone said that Melbourne drivers were the worst!
