Me & my friends & I are doing a film shoot, and we need a Victoria (Australia) police infringement form, or a crime report, that is blank, so that we can use it in a scene...
Are there any blank report forms that I can print out, and fill it out... (considering a blank one would be what I need)...?
It doesn't even need to be an official report form...
It can be any form that "seems" like a report form.. because I can just photoshop it and change the titles, ect...
However, I need one with the official logo and stuff...
And I need one that looks real & orginized properly (Ive never seen one before!) because people will be able to notice. (Its the subject)...

Go here and grab their logo http://www.police.vic.gov.au/content.asp?Document_ID=12327 and google crime reports so you can see how the layout is. Will be easy to make up in publisher or word.

For your info it is illegal to forge official documents & you are really asking for trouble trying to forge Police documents !
If you are genuine , go to the public relations section of your Police Dept , tell them what you want & why ...who knows , they may help you out !
Do it the other way & you may very well earn yourself a copy of the real thing with your name all over it !

Making false documents is illegal, however all you do is make one up but do NOT using use the official logo you can have one that is off your own design but roughly based on the real thing, for example the nsw logo has a eagle on it change the design to a kangaroo and instead of writing "nsw police" write "state police" instead, and make colour changes so instead of a gold trim around the edge use red and remember to delete the crown from the top as you are not allowed to use that without permission. |

Why don't you ask at your local police station. Tell them what you're doing and they may decide to help out. That way you'll know it's a legitimate document, and will have all the logos etc. |

Ask at your local police station and tell them what you are using it for, they may or may not give you one depending on the policies surrounding police documentation in Victoria. If you don't ask you won't find out! |

I would suggest you go and talk to your local police or contact the media / public relations branch.
Let them know you are making a movie and want to make a proper looking report so it looks like something real for your movie, but is obviously fake so that you can't fake wrong information and make a false report.
This means you would have logo's in the wrong place, the wrong font and though it looks "official", it might be set out wrong. |
