Can anyone tell me how to make the most of 1 week-visit in Melbourne on July?

I'm going to Melbourne on second week of July. I was informed that it's winter at this time (the coldest part, brrrrr.....). I'm from Indonesia and this is my first visit to Aussie during winter. So, can anyone please suggest the "must see" or "must do" in Melbourne during this period.
Thanx for all your responses.

*the IMAX theatre is good. {Largest movie screen in the southern hemispher}
* Melbourne Zoo
* Go to an AFL match if you're in Aus for the weekend too.

My friend from America visited for a week a few years ago. We went to the zoo, Aquarium, the Victorian Markets (twice), St Kilda, Luna Park, Crown Casino, and last but not least Phillip Island, which this time of year you do not want to visit. Way too cold! Enjoy your stay and rug up.

I would definitely go to an AFL (Australian Football League) match if you can, preferably at the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground). Unless you hate sport...

Otherwise, I would check out St Kilda and Fitzroy. Just catch a tram there and hang out. Lots to see and great food.

I never considered Melbourne a "must see" kind of place (except for AFL). Great place to live though!

If you're keen to see some snow, you can take a day trip to Mt Buller (3.5 hours each way) or some closer places, such as Lake Mountain.
