My dad just bought a 'BT Cruiser 30' Triple Slide Outs' motorhome for my graduation present! Now, I feel like going to Queensland, Gold Coast, Beach, ect.... so I'm trying to buy some land! Land should be at least 10m.squareDown (my motorhomes 9m.square) and 5m.square across. At least 2 trees and flat ground. Find it all in SURFACE PARADISE!

There was a guy last year who owned some land at Main Beach and he put up a tent and had a portaloo and shower. The council told him he could not camp on his own land.
A motorhome would be a similar situation. Try a caravan park. |

You're dreaming! Every inch of Surfers Paradise is developed, and even if there were a bit of land that big beachfront, it would cost you about $10 million. Try looking at Fingal Head, Casaurina, Kingscliffe, Coffs Harbour, Evans Head. You'd have a better bet in Northern NSW (except Byron). You could always stay in a caravan park. There is one in Main Beach just 5 minute walk from Surfers and is separated from the beach by a road and park. For this carava park, and other beachside ones, try the link out below. Good luck. |

good luck - it's surfers paradise
with your knowledge - the shysters will be calling you - come in sucker!!! - don't bother going to Surfers Paradise - there's no land for sale 10mx5m that you could put a motorhome on- fortunately the Gold Coast Council has legislated against that type of structure being placed on any land.
