From London???

Qantas, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Malysian Airlines. All 1 stop

Air New Zealand via LA and NZ

Emrerates vis Dubai

American Airlines and United Airlines via LA

JAL via Tokyo (GOOD AIRLINE)

Korean via Souel

Thats all I can think of

oooo um...Air Canada via Canada, LA and proboby Hawaii

All these airlines are of Good quality and are safe. Qantas and Virgin have never had a fatal air crash in history and Qantas has been around for 70 years!

the cheapest (and most fun) way: hitch hike to Malaysia, ferry to Indonesia, hitch hike and ferry to Bali, then a short boat trip to Darwin, cost, almost nothing. dangers: need to travel through a couple war zones.

the safest way: cab to the airport, fly non-stop to Sydney. cost 900-3500 euros, depending. dangers: you could dump hot coffee in your lap if you hit an air pocket.

Flying is cheap.

Also, look out for Advertisements looking for couriers to bring a package over here. They will pay the fare but you'll have to carry something for them. It usually means that you can't take much of your own luggage, but it's worth it.

Contact the big companies like DHL, FedEx etc.

I've heard it is possible to get a passage on a cargo ship but don't know how to go about it. Good luck it's a great country.

Korean Air is pretty good, though the entertainment system was rubbish when i travelled a lot with them, but that was 4 to 6 years ago. The price was good though. Try Air NZ and Qantas, Emirates is also good. Air NZ has the nicest flight attendants!
