It also depends where you live. I varies from state to state or whether you are in a country town or the city and even what suburb you live in.
Where I live at the on the Northern beaches in Sydney the price is $1.12 a litre.
You will find the price moves between $1.10 and $1.20 per litre.

Its always cheaper in the cities. I live in country New South Wales and today its $1.35 a litre compared to Sydney which would probably be between $1.10 & $1.20. I have a 60 litre fuel tank so it costs me about $80 to fill up

The price has been pretty steady around 129.9 for a few weeks now.

Average over the last couple of months was $1.14 per litre (unleaded petrol).
LPG is cheaper so look for a car that runs on gas.
