If someone threatens, all we do is remove our shoes and the person retreats quickly. It is a wonderful protective device. :-))

Australia's climate is no warmer to other countries, just our winters don't get as cold. We wear open shoes when its hot just like in the US, you know flip flops/thongs.. Duh!
