Sorry to tell you this, but we recognise most maps are drawn up-side-down.

Scientific experiment to prove it:
If you put dirt in a glass of water, most dirt sinks to the bottom, but some bits float.
When you look at a globe of the Earth, most of the dirt as in the North ... so the bottom.
The bits up top in the South are propped up (Africa, Sth America) or are islands of the floating dirt (Australia)

The only reason North was drawn at the top was because map drawers first came from Europe, etc, and tried to make themselves higher.

We know we are tops. We don't mind you keeping your vain beliefs. Any time you want to graduate, come to Australia.
