the Flea markets at Surfers Paradise and Harbour Town Shopping Centre just north of there....Pacific Fair is also good, Oz Fair has turned into crap shops so dont bother with it,...........oh and theyre all in the south end of Queensland, i do a monthly drive up over the border to do all my shopping!

Bella
Paddy's market is in the centre of sydney, otherwise try the parklea markets in Nsw.

The all day Weekend Markets at Carrara on the Gold Coast are worth a visit, always a bargain to be found :-)

Definitely Paddy's in Sydney and Queen Vic's in Melbourne.

Not too sure about Gold Coast as there are many souvenir shops, especially along the coast. Good deals but just watch for t-shirt quality

I went to an arts and crafts one. It had great things some were made by skilled artisans and others were not. It was in downtown Melbourne. It was right by a museum with waterfall type windows. I am sorry I do not have better details I am an American and I was just traveling. I went over Christmas time.

r u from melbourne?if so could u see the last qustion i asked?and sorry i don`t know any.

Aussie Chick
Sydney - Paddy's Market

Melbourne - Queen Victoria Market

Gold Coast - lots of little ones scattered around, or Harbour Town (discount brand names shops).

Have fun, if you're from America, your dollar will go a long way!
