It's not just OK but it's a great place to live. While it doesn't have cities on the scale of New York or London, it is by no means behind the times or lacking in anything in regards to what it's cities have to offer. On top of that, it has some of the most amazing scenery on earth. It doesn't have the history or the central location of Europe but it has a wonderful relaxed lifestyle and a great climate. |

I was born and raised in NE US and moved to Sydney three years ago when I married an aussie. It's a nice place, like a slightly cleaner, partly behind the times version of US. In my opinion anyway. It is really beautiful, but I do miss the snow, very few places it snows here. |

I just got back from Australia. I was there for a month. It is beautiful there, but extremely hot in their summer months. It is very similar to North American culture if that is what you are looking for.
I suggest that you visit a place first before you would move there. |

yes. just ask anyone who lives here.it is the greatest country in the world.we have peace,freedom,camaraderie,
beautiful landscapes and time to enjoy our sport which we love.
some have come here and want to bring the place down and to them we say.....love it or leave it!! |
