Don't believe them there are no such things as kangaroos. We made it up to attract tourists!! Australians are always making up stories like that to trick tourists. We think it's funny. I mean really, can you imagine any animal that really looked like that? It's ridiculous to even think about!! A pocket that they carry their babies in-come on? As if anyone's going to buy that? And those feet, they're ludicrous! No, you caught us out, you're too smart for us. Computer generated - the whole lot!

Are kangaroos extinct? No.

Kangaroo population size has fluctuated between 15 and 50 million animals over the past 25 years, depending on seasonal conditions.

Kangaroos are so far from extinct, that every year our government issues permits to cull (i.e. kill) millions of them over several species to stop their populations from growing to completely unmanageable proportions. They are very well adapted to our conditions and there are more in Australia now than were here when the first European settlers arrived.

I Live In Paradise

If your asking if kangaroos are extinct? God no. They are not even endangered. Kangaroos breed well almost like rabbits. While they usually only have one baby or joey at time, they have a another baby sucking on a teet ready for the joey to leave the pouch for good. This baby then "Crawls" (it doesn't crawl it like wiggles) its way to the pouch where it grows until it can leave the pouch.

No they are not extinct.

However, like any other species, they can become endangered and may become extinct.
