I lived in Perth for 18 months. I went to school there, wore a uniform every day - no, actually, everyone would refuse to wear proper uniform, or wear sweaters with tatty edges and whatnot, the punks wore dog collars, so every couple of months, dozens of people would be called down en masse to the disciplinarian's office. Then everyone would behave for a week before the cycle started again.
I had totally forgotten all this! But thanks for asking, I am remembering, I NEVER wore uniform and yet never got called down to the office. I have no idea how I did that. That's pretty cool. I must have been invisible. |

Been to Sydney. Some relatives of mine live there. We did a LOT of walking, we saw the Sydney Tower, the Aquarium, Taronga Zoo, explored Circular Quay and went swimming in the Aquatic Stadium. Most of the time we were in our relatives' house. hehehe |

Was born in Sydney, have been to a show in the Opera House (the acoustics are so-so), still get a thrill when I go over the Harbour Bridge on the train, was at Luna Park just before the Ghost Train fire, love the beaches and the shops and Taronga Zoo and the city in general.
As for "cool" things, well, when you live here you do things which to us are everyday and boring, but to others are probably enormously thrilling.
My favourite Sydney thing to do is get the ferry from Circular Quay to Manly, have fish and chips there, then return back to Circular Quay.
When they had the old "Lady class" ferries it was better... they were grand old boats, let me tell you. |

I've never been to sydney, but i intend to one day. the coolest thing i've ever done in Australia is take a 2 week bus trip up the red centre with my school mates. it had it all, friends, beautiful landscapes, sun, adventure, a whole lot of laughs and a bunch of lanky school boys dressed as women. lol. best two weeks of my life. |

I live in Australia, yes been to Sydney. No never played in the opera house and never will. That depend on your taste of adventure. You can go up to Cairns see the Great Barrier Reef, see crocodile see some of the beautiful rain forest. You can go to Sydney or Melbourne and party. Much much more |

One of the most ultimate things I ever did was do a Fighter Jet Flight. Drive about a 1 1/2 hours north of Sydney to a air force base
near Newcastle.

Because the pilots are flight instructor's they get you to fly the jet a well. They get you to rolls 360's and stuff I can't even name.
Its something I will never forget for the rest of my life. |
