Never heard of them - there are so many companies out there promising the 'world' with help with immigration, but you are paying big time for their advice.
Bottom line is you CAN do everything yourself - without paying high fees to these agencies.
Starting point it looking at Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship http://www.immi.gov.au to see if you qualify and how you go about things.

Hi there.
How awful to see some of the responses to your question. There really is no need for that rubbish.
Australia is a very welcoming country and many different cultures live amongst the local people. Depending on where you are coming from, I could suggest some places for you. In the meantime;
I would suggest finding a good cheap hotel deal to get you started while you look for a place to live/place to share. Perhaps you can find something here http://www.hotels2go.com.au/usersignup.php?from=5. You'll need to sign up to be able to view all of the hotels available. You could also win a free holiday to Bali just by signing up. Goodluck!

Actually, The Immigration Unit is a reputable company.
They've just ben listed on the stock exchange (Immigration Group PLC). As well as being a global company, they're listed on the Mara.
You could probably do it yourself, but you'll pretty much hit a number of walls - there are many restrictions and background knowledge that these specialist are familiar with - after all it's what they specialise in. Do yourself a huge favour and leave it up to the experts.
Good Luck!
