Hello. I know there is 2 farms in Bundaberg and one in Childers in Queensland. They sponsor people all the time as long as you work 40 hours a week. The have accommodation as well and transport to and from work. It is fruit picking but still really good money as well. I have all there numbers. I know you would like work in Accountancy field but unless they need workers in that area it is very hard to get in. If you where a doctor you would get in tomorrow. I hope that find what you are looking for and if you need phone numbers or anything please let me know and i will give you everything i can. Good luck...

It will be better if you apply for a skilled migration visa and then find an appropriate job over here. It's an effective way to do so. So its better not to waste your time by just looking for a company who will sponsor you. Here is the link where you will find all information related to skilled migration:

http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/index.htm

It's a bible to find all the details. Go through it carefuly and proceed accordingly.

Cheers!

Sponsorship is rare in Australia as the employer has to prove to the immigration department that they can't employ a local for the same job. As the previous poster said, try for skilled migration instead.

Its not really easy to find somebody directly who can sponser u as after doing that u become his reponsibility in many ways.
It better to find an employment agent who does these things.

sponsorship is difficult to get,an employer can only sponsor if he cant find a qualified worker already in Australia

you are better to see if you qualify for an independent skilled worker visa

you must be qualified in one of these occupations

Easiest way is to join a big four in your own country, work there for a year and see if they will transfer you. Much easier than trying to get a job here. Accountants are in demand profession so you may fit into the points for permanent residency without a job. Its hard to get a job over here without a visa.
