Is there a bus or should I hire a car?

I would recommend to hire a car, but it's up to you.
If you want to take a bus, just visit http://www.visitgrampians.com.au/?id=bus.

It would be much easier to hire a car.

Have fun, its a beautiful place.

Probably best to hire a car unless you find a tour going there. The national park is about 250km west of Melbourne. It is an easy and comfortable drive.

Hire a car!

Batako
G'day,

There are several local travel agents that offers trips to The Grampians. However if you prefer to do things yourself, then car hiring is the best way to go. The reason being is that most of the point of attractions are located quite a distance from each other.

Enjoy your trip :)

You can also go the 'long' way and get there via the Great Ocean Road.

Motorcycle is the way to go, preferably a dual sport machine.

Hire a car and drive at your own pace.

Use whereis.com.au to give you directions if you need them.
