Going through the same thing with my husband,, and it seems that we are pretty much at there mercy,, because ,, I was once told immagration was there to help,, and truth is they don't give a rats azz about you.. it narrows down to Dollars and cent,, and when they get around to it,, because, let me just tell you they are in no big hurry, especially after they've cashed your big money order. But you need to find a immigration lawyer,, one that specifies in immigration.. Don't go to a Divorce lawyer or a bankruptsy lawyer and expect them to get the paper work right, because it won't happen. I'm not sure where you are from,, but,, Try to contact Jerri L. Mead,, she is quick and too the point. She is located in Fort wayne , Indiana,, 6610 Constitution drive. Call 411 for her number i don't have it on hand,, and maybe you can get alot done through email and phone conversations with her.. good luck. |

It is very difficult to immigrate to MOST countries...usually takes several years. You must have a job skill that is needed there, family there, and/or a sponser. This is a fact of life with MOST countries, and the United States, Canada, and Australia are at the top of the list. You just have to folow the immigration steps laid on on the embassy website. You can also hire an immigration lawyer. There are MANY...and they are very expensive. These are just the facts of life when it comes to immigration. |

If you were from Mexico, heck just show up! We'll pay you to join the club. A buddy of mine just immigrated from Iceland, it took eight years to get his green card. For him, it was worth it.
