How many deaths have virgin blue airways had on board?

All above correct, there have been no recorded fatalities resulting from an air-crash. Is this what you meant? There are a surprising number of deaths in the air however, resulting from natural causes. This type of information is hardly going to be released by the airline. Firstly it is inconsequential and secondly out of respect for the deceaseds relatives.

Every airline has people dying on board at various times. At any time there is at least 200,000 people in the air world wide. A community that size is going to have natural deaths. When planes started to introduce mini morgues on board (yes most planes have them now) the papers said that approx 100-200 people globally die in the air daily.

8 years ago a middle aged guy had a heart attack and collapsed on my husband. No where to put the poor old chap, they covered him with a blanket and stuck him next to my husband for the remainder of the 4 hour flight.
