Within Australia, ten digits total starting with 04.
If you are phoning from outside Australia, drop the '0' and use 61 instead, making 11 digits total.

there's 10 digits. if you're calling from an aussie number to another aussie number, then u just need to start the number from 04 xx xx xx xx. alias has a NZ Sim card which still works in Aus, but u have to still dial numbers as if u were in NZ & dialing over seas mobiles.
if u're dialing O/S from ur mobile/house, u need to dial 0011 then the number including the country code. By the way Alias, if ure including the +61 for example, then u don't need to include the 0 in 04.
so it would look like: + 614123456789 ..... Hope that helps :) |

Calling from another country:
You will need to dial 00 to get international dial tone, then 61 for country code. Finally you will need 9 more digits to reach your friend. So all together your should have 13 digits.

I was having that trouble in Australia, I have a NZ simcard Vodafone, and I Can contact other NZ users in Aussie and in NZ, but when i try an Aussie number never worked for me, so
how does it go, +6104123456789 so if in NZ to dial austriala do you use this, and if in australia, you go 04123456789? |
