sorry but it is illegal to sell fireworks. You need a special license to buy them and I believe Northern territory and one other state it's either Vic or SA sell them for one or 2 days a year only

Fireworks are illegal in Australia you need a permit for them and you cannot let them off in your backyard.

You will need to get your Permit from the Police first before you are able to buy any. let alone letting them off. This law came in after several idiots decided to use them as weapons and hence Cracker Night (Queens B'day W/e) suffered because of this. Check with your local council for further information they may be able to tell you more than I can. PS you can't let them off your backyard but an open space only.
