If you need to ask this question, then you are definately too young to be travelling alone.

silver44fox
you have to have a special visa ..your parents permission to travel alone and a permit to say you will be looked after and met at the destination..and some-one who is in charge of you during your visit..the airline will arrange some-one to accompany you during the flight..after signing over responsibility of you from your parents..and relinquish responsibility to the people or person who is meeting you.. with their signature..

holly
Yes you need parental permission. Your parents need to give the airline a password and identification and an adult with the same password and the identification given by parents for the pick up person must pick you up.

Sinful_Sindy
It will depend which airline you travel with. My 14 year old sister when to USA with our 9 year old cousin to visit family. My mum had to pay extra for a chaparone, so someone can check on you to make sure that you were ok and got on & off the plane and through check out ok.

You can because my friends that are 10 years old travelled alone one time and they managed even if they are little.

not without taking extreme measures with the airlines if they will even allow it with your friends.

yeah you can travel alone, your parents have to organise with the travel agent or airline as you have to be escorted to the plane and to a waiting person at the other side, and the person at the other side carn't be a taxi driver it has to be a pre approved adult, maybe your mates parents.you wouldn't be able to stay in a hotel or anything by yourselfs tho
