Depending what country you're from, your qualifications may not be recognised. Enrol in TAFE and get a local qualification.

The government subsidises employment agencies in Australia, i would first make enquiries with the CES who will refer you to places such as Sarina Russo, and there is another one which specialises in migrants but cannot find the details. try the 2 websites i have attached, try the www.liveinvictoria.vic.gov.au first, it is a good site. good luck.

I would look at joining a recruitment company that may be able to suggest jobs for you, or look at ways that you can improve your skills/application in order to get a job. They will be able to advise you about whether your qualification is valid here and the best way to go about finding a job.
